How Do Pre-Orders work?

Pre-order this box, case, or collection, and it will ship on the manufacturer's official release date. (Estimated: [Whenever Release on date) Manufacturer release dates are subject to change without notice. You will not be notified if the release date changes. If you pre-order multiple items with different release dates, your order will not ship until all items have been released. Pre-orders typically ship a few days before the release date to arrive on release day, or on the release day itself. Note: This depends on when the manufacturer delivers the product to us. Your payment method will be authorized once your order is submitted. After your order is reviewed by customer service, your payment will be finalized. You will be charged and billed before the release date.

What is the Metro's Ultimate TCG's Pre-Order Guarantee?

If you pre-order a product from us and we lower the pre-order price, contact us, and we'll refund the difference! Contacting us is your responsibility. We also guarantee that all pre-orders will be fulfilled. Buy with confidence! In the very rare occurrence that there is a production issue and a manufacturer is forced to cut production numbers, we will do our best to work with the customer to find the best possible solution. However, there may be certain instances beyond our control where we are unable to come to a solution.
